Hotel Sugar Beach is a well-established hotel situated on Playa Pan de Azucar a small, pretty, white-sand beach protected by rocky headlands. It is well worth the bumpy road to get here!

The Restaurant
The open-air restaurant is open daily from 6:30am to 9:30pm. Enjoy both international cuisine and typical Costa Rican dishes while overlooking an incredible view of the ocean from your table!

All rooms are private, spacious and with large patios. All come with air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite T.V., telephone, hot water and refrigerator.
Standard Rooms
Surrounded by lush jungle, each room has 2 double beds. Triple and quadruple occupancy available.
Standard Ocean Front Rooms
These rooms have ocean front views, each comes with two queen beds. Triple and quadruple occupancy available.
Deluxe Rooms
Deluxe rooms are close to the swimming pool and have a partial ocean view. Newly constructed, each deluxe room has one king size bed, handmade furniture, and original art work.
Honeymoon Suite
The room with the best ocean view! The honeymoon suite is a large second story room with a wrap around balcony, king size bed and separate sitting area.
Master Suites
The Master Suites have a partial ocean view and are complete with king size bed, open air living room, and two large balconies with tropical plants.
Coati Suite
For nature lovers! The Coati is one large room with wet bar, king size bed and sofa bed. The Coati is secluded, surrounded by vegetation, with some ocean view.
2 Bedroom Suites
50 meters from the beach, these 2 bedroom suites, come with 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two double beds. The bedrooms share an open air living room which is fully furnished and has a wet bar.
Beach House
Centrally located on the cove, the Beach House has a wide open view of the Pacific Ocean.
This house has three bedrooms, two bedrooms with 2 double beds, and one bedroom with queen size bed, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and large ocean front porch.
The Grand Villa
The beach front Grand Villa is tucked away on the southern edge of Playa Pan de Azúcar. From this tranquil spot, guests enjoy more privacy but still have full access to all of the hotel's facilities.
This two-story Spanish colonial home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, TV, a large dinning/living room, full kitchen, second story deck and porch with wet bar, BBQ, tables, chairs and lounges.
And of course the Grand Villa would not be complete without its spectacular ocean view!
