Rincon de la Vieja Mountain Lodge is located just 20 miles from Liberia, Costa Rica, the capital of Guanacaste.
The Lodge is both within the Rincon de la Vieja National Park and inside the Guanacaste Conservation Area.

The Lodge is a rustic example of an old Hacienda, constructed of wood. The property is dotted with cabins in which you can spend your vacation. |

A total of 70% of the 400 hectares of land is dedicated to an ecological reserve. The Lodge aims to offer you peace and tranquility in harmony with nature and to this end power is provided by a hydro-electric turbine.
There's a bar, small swimming pool, a family style restaurant with exquisite typical food as well as telephone access, fax & Internet service and TV area.
There are many tours available in the area such as the Canopy Tour, Horseback Riding and hiking in the famous Rincon de la Vieja National Park. Please see the list of activites.
