The Tour

The Hacienda Day Adventure is jam-packed with fun and adventure! This is the "must do" tour in Liberia.

Highlights:

Canyon Tour - see how many different ways you can be suspended in one day?! Tour includes rock climbing, rappeling, zip line, suspended bridges, and a Tarzan Swing to bring out the jungle in you).

Next you take a leisurely horse back ride to the Rio Negro, where you can watch the forest go by while tubing down the crystal clear, white-waters of the Rio Negro.

After you have dried off a suculent lunch with local produce and meats will await at the Hacienda's open air restaurant.

At the end of the day you take a well-deserved dip in the Hacienda's Hot Springs and benefit from the soothing properties of the Volcanic Mud pool.

Rates:

The rate for this tour depends on your pick up location. Generally we divide pick up locations into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2.

Tours departing from Zone 1 hotels are $149 USD per adult and $139 USD per child 4 to 10 years old.

Tours departing from Zone 2 hotels are $159 USD per adult and $149 USD per child 4 to 10 years old.

At the edge of Rincon de la Vieja National Park, the Hacienda is about 35 kms north east from the city of Liberia, a 11/2 hour drive from Papagayo or Playa del Coco and about 2 1/2 hours from Tamarindo.
